Observational/Spatial Drawing

I started off by looking at simple three-dimensional shapes and combining them with design elements and furniture. I then looked at different textures such as glass, metal and ceramic before going on to looking at how simple 3d volumes are able to constitute a shelter or a space that one may use in order to carry out day to day activities in. I then went on to look at interiors with different functions such as a living room, a storage room or an office. Then, I finally looked at a traditional Romanian house with a straw roof and the way that it is assembled in contrast to a modern building and what makes it look as imposing as it does.
